Whether you run into Darryl Braswell at a networking event or the grocery store, chances are he’s talking about Real Estate.   A Massachusetts native, Darryl has spent over 10 years in sales and has always risen to the top of the pack despite challenges. A few years ago, he decided that he was tired of bosses telling him when to live his life, and it was time to work for himself. He packed up his pets and a few possessions and moved to Las Vegas for a new location and a new career.   It was a rough first year in real estate. It took over 6 months to get licensed and shortly after, he was downsized. However, Darryl is passionate about helping people and he quickly connected with Heather Mongie at Signature Real Estate, blossoming under her training.   Darryl was introduced to the positive side of Real Estate, recognizing the importance of honesty, learning how to negotiate like a pro, and how to read and explain contracts in actual human-speak. He is now a certified Realtor and has earned his GREEN Living Sustainability designation, his Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation, his Seller Representative Specialist Designation, his Risk Reduction designation, his Veteran Certified Agent Designation, and his Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Designation. Darryl is constantly learning and finding new ways to serve his clients. He’s gone from selling 2 houses a year to selling 2-5 houses a month and is now ranked in the top 10% out of 16,000 real estate agents in Las Vegas.   Outside of work, you can find him enjoying theater, in the recording studio mixing up an R & B and dance fusion project. A Jack of all Trades, Darryl is a singer, dancer, and stage director. By the age of 25, he’d cut two albums, studied graphic design, and in collaboration with Elizabeth Delgado, he’s raised over $60k for local non-profits.
